The article summarizes guidelines for endoscopic examinations in children with Crohn’s disease (CD). may be useful endoscopists, pediatric gastroenterologists, pediatricians, pathologists, surgeons. Issues of and monitoring CD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy, ileocolonoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, panintestinal capsule) are considered.
